Hello Fit Foodie Friends, I can't believe Fit Foodie Finds is 15 years old. It feels like just yesterday that I was sitting in my Spanish class, senior year of college, thinking that one day I wanted a job that nobody else had. Fast forward to today. I work with my best friends doing something I absolutely love. I wouldn't be here today without my people and without all of you. Why I'm Drinking Less is 2026Dry January isn’t anything new, and as I get older, I find myself drinking less and less alcohol. Why? It’s as simple as — it doesn’t make me feel good.
